Once your order is placed you have a 24 hour period in which to cancel if necessary. After this period if personalisation of your gift has already begun you will not be able to cancel your order.

Due to the bespoke personalisation of Art & Mabel products it is non returnable. However if you are unhappy for any reason we will do our best to accommodate.

If a mistake has been made on our part (eg: incorrect spelling) we will of course correct the error or refund if required.

Please check personalised information carefully when ordering as we cannot be held responsible for any errors. You will receive a email with confirmation details of order, so please check this too.

Deliveries

Personalised Art prints and gifts are made to order and take 10-14 days.

Non- personalised gifts take 5-7 days
